Logistics Officer

Job Purpose

The Logistics Officer manages company transportation operations, fleet maintenance, route scheduling for weekend and weekday client site tours, and material deliveries to ensure seamless, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate transport logistics for client property site visits and company assignments.
Supervise company drivers and enforce safety regulations and traffic compliance.
Oversee routine vehicle servicing, inspection renewals, insurance covers, and fuel management logs.
Coordinate delivery of development materials (fencing, beacons, gates, signage) to project sites.
Prepare monthly transport expenditure and vehicle utilization reports.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision and transport logistics.
Valid driving licence with clean driving record.
