Role Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee all land value addition projects, administrative workflows, and operational policies. You will coordinate contractors, surveyor teams, and county planning offices to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct property value addition processes (beaconing, grading, fencing, water installation).
• Streamline title processing workflows to ensure prompt delivery to buyers.
• Manage operations budgets and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with national land regulatory bodies and local authorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Land Economics, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 6+ years of management experience in operations or real estate development.
• Deep knowledge of Kenyan land administration, surveying, and registration protocols.
