Road Construction and Grading – Tulivu Gardens
Scope of Work & Technical Specifications
We invite bids from registered civil engineering contractors for road construction, grading, and compacting of internal access roads at Tulivu Gardens, Daystar Area. The contractor will be responsible for creating all-weather roads as per the approved subdivision plan. Valid NCA registration is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
Instructions to Bidders
- Bidders must upload clear PDF files of all legal business certificates.
- For physical deliveries, bids must be submitted in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Reference number.
- Bids must be received on or before the stated submission deadline. Late bids will be automatically rejected.
- Any clarification requests regarding this tender should be sent to the procurement email address at least 5 days prior to the deadline.
